When the Q was announced it was unique - the first full QWERTY keyboard Smartphone - and this generated a lot of buzz. Unfortunately, by the time it was released Blackberry and Treo had entered the market and the Q has some serious competition. That said, the Q is a really solid, feature backed Smartphone. The Windows Mobile OS will appeal to a lot of customers used to dealing with Microsoft (i.e. pretty much everyone), and the super-slim design is attractive. Voice and speaker quality, build quality, camera and connectivity functions are all excellent. Expensive data plans will push this phone into the business executive market, although the absence of AKU-2 with push email may send them over to the Blackberry stand.
