Motorola RAZR V3xx Review/Specifications:

This RAZR has taken the V3x and updated its connectivity feature set, at the expense of the digital camera. The camera is back down to 1.3 mega-pixels, but HDSPA and EDGE technologies have been introduced to provide broadband-speed Internet access. The rest of the specifications follow the V3x standard; including mp3 playback, memory card support and the unique RAZR design.
